Extremely wonderful to see Brueghel in temporary exhibition Europe in Rerainssance. And another exhibition Displaced also nice but not in English.Permanent part was ordinary but well designed and rich.
See some of Europe’s best exhibition of cultural history. Must-see: permanent collection narrating Swiss History and Collections Gallery . Open Tuesday-Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm (until 7pm on Thursdays.
Die Goldschale. Gold bowl discovered by chance in a pit during 1906 railway construction . At 910g, heaviest gold vessel found to date in Europe.
History of Switzerland must. There is lots to see, so take your time. The archaeology exhibition is particularly impressive thanks the animation/interactive displays.
Good museum . Large and cheap for Switzerland and has various types of artefacts. Mostly history, a touch of geology, a little contemporary art & some historical art .
Permanent exhibition is quite cool if you are interested in swiss history.
Newly renovated, exhibits have English labels. There are free lockers under the foyer which take a one Swiss Franc coin which is returned after use.
Beautiful building, with a nice bistro (Spitz). During winter they have a Christmas market in its internal square.
Good to visit after the recent renovation. Modern exhibitions .
Very tone deaf exhibit about India, primarily talking about how much profit was made, and completely ignoring the bad side of colonialism and the slave trade.
The only downside is the layout is rather disorganised so it's easy to miss stuff.
Great insight into Swiss history.
If you want to learn about Swiss history, this is a best place to do so.
this museum was ok not that interactive! But you will learn a little bit about the history
You can learn a bit of history here. No art .
You can enter it for free with the train/subway ticket for 24 hours .
Interesting exhibitions .

Музей потряс замечательным рассказом об швейцарской истории на русском языке . Рассказ был исполнен в виде мультимедийного приложения для iPad mini, который можно арендовать за 5 франков.
Güzel,gezmeye değer.
