This store is usually busier than the plaza store . It's harder to get an appointment at the Genius Bar here.

Try to avoid going to this store for repair. But if you have no choice then make sure you have enough free time to wait for 30-45 minutes (may be more) even though you schedule your appointment ahead.

I love this location. My toddler locked my iPad. I made a reservation for an 1 hr later thinking it was far. When I arrived 25 minutes early I was seen right away!

This is the ONLY Apple Store in the state of Kansas.

Definitely go during the day as opposed to late afternoon/night. Staff is a lot more helpful and they don't ignore you

Go to the plaza store . The tax is cheaper --- buying a computer there will save you like $150

Uggg this place is hipster hell I can tolerate it in small doses but this is supa overload!!!!!

They thought I was lying! about my battery took the same phone to Country Club plaza they identified the problem was leaking battery. Leawood refused to change my battery because of liquid damage.

To replace your recalled charger you need to make a genius bar appointment .
