I had a great customer service here at Globe Greenbelt! Actually every branch! You people just need to know time management(know when and where is the least # if customer when it comes to days n time)

Its been 2weeks but still the change of account categorization from corporate to consumer plan is still pending! I don't even get any updates and I need to go to store just to follow up them!

If you're coming here & you need to line up at the customer service, be prepared to wait a looong time. It's best to come here right before it opens at 11 am to avoid the long line and the long wait .

Mondays and Fridays are hell days for business centers . lot less people on other days of the week.

why is there someone assigned to press the screen to give you a number? and they even ask why do you want to get a number. LOL

Long lines , but they are so QUICK, EFFECIENT and friendly here! it makes the waiting in line more tolerable and even pleasant at times.

Used to be a well functioning store. Now it is just ridiculously inefficient. People lining up to register for service while many employees are free. What about letting people register themselves.

Lots of people queuing up here. Don't forget to bring your platinum card if you have one. :)

Friendly , helpful staff . But takes FOREVER to get anything done.

Personnels don't have a sense of urgency. They're like walking in the park while their customers are now walking dead waiting for so long!

If you're going to pay your bill and don't have a billing statement, fill up the form while you wait and not while already on the cashier . It'll save you time as well as other people.

If you get "No Service", don't assume your line was cut even if you haven't paid for months. Turn off then on your phone to check. Huwag ako gayahin na nagmadali to a Globe Store to pay ????

Long lines during the day. So if you have the time, be here at around 8pm. No more queuing .

express lane here will take you about 2hrs waiting..too bad!!

Processing is fast except for the long lines .

Don't enter a postpaid contract with them. The after-sales service is beyond horrible and when your mobile device breaks, 3 months to replace & they never update you.

Use the Express Service if have little concern to avoid long lines .

Place that I always paying my bill for my globe plan for my cellphone and what is good you have to be a platinum me never for globe so no need to wait in line for paying ;)

You have no choice but to really wait for your turn. :-( that's the way it is..

Be prepared to waste a of your day waiting for your number to be called since all employees are busy doing something else that isn't work-related

If you only have a petty complaint about Globe's services, you do not need to get a queuing number. Just proceed to their Express Service desk.

Even if you come in at 10am.. there's only 1 person serving the counter... globe service is the worst!

Service sucks. What's a business center for if you can't even talk to a person face-to-face to renew a postpaid contract ?

Vicious queues and horrible speed of service. Try other Globe outlets if you can.
