Monk's BBQ

Spareribs were perfect! Fall of the bone but moist and delicious. Baked beans were very flavorful. So was the mac n cheese ! Looking forward to trying everything else.

Order the pulled pork & pair it with Carolina mustard sauce for a spicy , vinegary kick. And while you're at it, double up on the pig with bacon-on-a-stick: a fat slab of melt-in-your-mouth pork belly .

Maybe the best BBQ we've ever had. The mac and cheese was amazing. Don't leave without trying the banana pudding .

This was a really cool BBQ joint . I had some brisket and ice cold beer . All the beers on tap are local beers , which I really like. Unfortunately, I didn't care for my brisket , but BBQ pork look good.

An amazing selection of local Virginia based breweries . The brisket melts in your mouth! You avoid the ordering line by sitting at the bar and ordering your BBQ !

Beef brisket was delicious. If skip the pastrami though. The smoking armed to overpower the corned beef flavor.

Pulled pork is a winner here and a fantastic beer lineup makes this a must-stop whenever you're in Purcellville.

Very warm and succulent brisket ! Cornbread was untraditional though - it comes with a custard filling and has a gelatinous/glutenous texture, which I do NOT like :(
