조엘로부숑의 미슐랭3스타 레스토랑에 대해 무슨 설명이 필요할까.. 에비스가든플레이스에 위치하고 있으며 장소가 그리 크지 않으므로 시간여유를 두고 예약할것. 다만.. 다만.. 프랑스는 차치하고서라도 미국등 다른 도시들에 비해 좀 약하다ㅠㅠ (가격은 전세계의 조엘로부숑 레스토랑이 다 거의 비슷한데 물가 비싼 도쿄에서 가격을 맞추다 보니 그런걸까...)
結婚披露宴で。コース料理 のクオリティは当然ながらすごく高いんだけど、感心させられたのは子供用メニューが、クセがないのに上品 な味に仕上げられていたこと!
