Treadmill Tip: Set the treadmill inclination to at least 2%. Since there's no wind resistance indoors, a gentle uphill better simulates outdoor running.

The hairstylist is disappointing. Long wait plus she wasn't too friendly . If you want anything more exciting than a trim you will be disappointed.
Worst employees EVER! They are rude and gossip constantly behind the counter! Bring your headphones to avoid hearing the BS!
