Green Mesquite BBQ

For a city known for its BBQ , this place doesn't disappoint. Very good brisket , ribs , and smoked turkey . The potato salad and fried okra were delicious. Great price for what you get.

With tip, spent a little over $13. It was 2:30pm. 3 other customers besides me. Fast service . I got sliced beef sandwich and it was a tad better than ok. I got pinto beans and sweet potato fries . :-{

Smoked Wings are fiyah! Pinto Beans too! Great tasting all around.

Dessert is great. Wings are on special on Sundays. Bring your pups and sit outside.

This place is good.. I get the pulled pork and brisket . The mashed potatoes are wonderful!!

The marble brisket plate is so delicious!! The service is always on point!! Great Staff !!

The chef salad with ham is spectacular! One of the few places in Austin that offers French dressing , too! Love it!

Get the ribs on Friday or the smoked wings on Sunday. Desserts are great, too!

Green Mesquite, get it together! When 3 people order a pound of brisket you need to bring more than 4 pieces of bread !

The brisket was dry but the sausage and pulled pork was great. Plus the fried okra was good.

holy crap, that had to be the best brisket I've ever had, service was extremely friendly too.

Try the jambalaya . It was surprisingly good.

Smoked whole chicken if you're having parties.

Some of the menu is questionable but the Green Mesquite cheesesteak is quite good.

The service here is okay I guess. The food is over priced for what you get. I ordered a cheese burger for $6.39 and it didn't include fries and the burger was the same size as one from Mc Donald's.

I ordered a burger and fries in the drive-thru, and my food was cool to the touch by the time I got home four minutes later. I think the food had been made before I arrivrd there and ordered it.

Not impressed by the food. But the service was exceptional!
