American good with Asian and European roots with a decidedly French wine list. Outstanding inventive food, enthusiastic service. Amazing to find a Michelin star in Alphabet City — get the Pig Out!
Pig out(large portion ), octopus(tender), and corn (flavorful) all amazing. The Chinese beignets with the dipping sauces were delicious. this is the first Asian fusion restaurant that does it right.
Fluke, Beef tartare , snow crab , and broccoli .... I can't think of the last time I've been this impressed with a meal. Sake cocktail were solid and desert was a hit too. Definitely go
Snow crab noodles and beef entrees with a bottle of wine were fantastic - perfect for a special date or a special occasion .

Modern takes on Asian dishes , such as the Oxtail and Bone Marrow Spring Rolls and the Pig Out for Two (10 pieces of pork belly and two bowls of Sesame Peanut Noodles ) are sure to delight.
I loved the Pig out for 2. We split between three of us and got the mushroom app and the crab noodles . All were super flavorful and unique
get every hot starter + pork (maybe 2 orders of the eggs - they're unbelievably crunchy and rich) + duck fat lotus leaf wrapped sticky rice . A riesling would go well with the food here.
We had the chicken liver , smooth rich, creamy, the pig out for two had delicious crunchy skin n melt in ur mouth pork , the black truffle mash potatoes is a must have.
papaya muse reminded me of Vietnam, oxtail spring rolls of Indian flavors, and their chicken was spot on like I was in china. Yummy! Service was great, atmosphere was laid back yet intimate .
Everything is great here. Honestly, I’m a foodie and am going to say this: my indicator for when a restaurant is spectacular and reaches this level for me is when I don’t have to ask for salt.
The deviled eggs are some of the best in the city , rivaled only by Cata. The portions are a bit small for the price but everything is quite tasty
Beware: the service is soooo slow. Despite that, I had the best roast suckling pig in my life here, and ALL the other dishes (Asian-inspired) were incredible. Definitely worth a trip here.
#dubiDO #FabuLIST wow!! No words can express how amazing the food is. Get the lobster , chicken , corn , brussel sprouts , and soft shell crab . They sold out of the pig out by 9:15pm.
Crazy good, probably the most interesting meal I had in NY so far. Octopus , tartare were great and the pork noodle stuff for 2 people was amazing

Pig out for 2 is legendary. Love the peanut noodles , broccoli , and beef tartare . Fun wine list
All the date night trappings – little tables, brick walls, quiet street, but the unusual Asian-ish food is the big seller here: deviled egg ; octopus ; chicken liver ; mushrooms ; skate ; rice or pig out.
Very good but the Pig Out for two is huge. It doesn't look big but is super filling. Good deal for sure. The sangria is great and so are the scallops !
Highlights: tartare , chicken liver , lobster and rice . Plus a nice selection of reasonably priced wines !
One item that really stood out is the “Pig-Out (for two)”. it includes two bowls of thick noodles in refined spicy peanut sauce – not too much heat and just the right amount of nuttiness. Read more
The chicken and porridge dish is unbelievably good. And the persimmon/burrata appetizer is too.
Try the deviled eggs as a starter, and go the skate for an entree. Flavorful food, and a cosy intimate vibe. Great for dates.
Food was delicious, and service was professional. The vibe is casual and chill , but the dishes were meticulous. The octopus and lamb were simply perfect.
Pig Out is the bomb. The peanut noodle is worth it alone. The pig confit made the dish outta this world.
Snow crab noodles and deviled eggs are a must! Excellent heirloom tomato dish. Duck rice and heirloom carrots best sides.

Awesome neighborhood spot . Deviled eggs were delicious as was the pork for two. Don't miss the brussel sprouts .
Incredible and inventive food. Pig out, chicken , octopus , egg , brussels sprouts , sticky rice . Kabocha squash is a foamy treat.
Crab noodles are heavenly! And the chicken liver is so creamy and delicious
Everything was absolutely delicious. If I had to pick out a highlight it would be the short rib , but really can't go wrong here.
honestly everything is amazing, but especially the octopus , scallops , beef , and Brussels sprouts . you will not be disappointed.
Wagyu beef cooked to perfection. Broccoli side-dish also a favorite.

Deviled eggs ! Octopus ! Beets ! Scallops ! Yum! ????
the pig out for two is a good amount of food but I was expecting the pork to be of much higher quality- it kind of tastes like greasy grill leftovers. the noodles it comes with are fantastic, however.
The pig out and the soft shell crab appetizer was amazing
