Some of the best food in the greater East Bay , for sure! The salmon salad (as a lunch special ) is fresh with seasonal veggies and fruit . Unbelievable!! Upsidedown cake for dessert , FTW!
If you are going to come here, you HAVE to get dessert ! The lemon meringue tart and the coconut tart are delightful!

The only contender to The Peasant is this fine establishment, also in Danville. I have yet to have a bad experience here.
Try the grilled salmon on a bed of spinach with sundried tomatoes , almonds , goat cheese , and wine-soaked figs . Wow!
