I usually come a bit more than an hour before closing and never had to wait! I might just be lucky tho. Their hokkaido milk tea is really good and so are the shaved ice !! Yummay~
Definitely make reservations before you go, especially if you have more than 2 people.
They only serve green tea and black tea as the free drink at lunch times now...

Horrible slow service. Unless you have an extra hour to spare, only go on non-peak times like weekdays for lunch . Do not go on weekends or for dinner
