I guess it was the most tasty place in whole Singapore!! Beef was melting in the mouth, buckwheat pancakes are also super nice dish to try! MUST TRY scrambled eggs !! Don’t miss it!

lovely pulled pork grain bowl , albeit slightly dry. the pumpkin & pearly barley/quinoa mix were yum. coffee slightly bitter but truffle fries were well done. nice ambience & attentive service .

Had the simple coffee and pastry set .. the coffee was great and the butter croissant was flaky and nice. Will be back to try their other food.

Pulled pork grain bowl was flavorful and moist; delish! Thumbs up too for the yummy sticky date pudding that came with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream . I cannot wait to eat here again!

Truffle beef bowl done right ???? not sure why they always seem to be short on the menus and utensils haha. But a lovely cafe to have a meal with friends.

Seafood linguine was nice! Truffle fries okay as I prefer a thicker cut. Vanilla and elderflower ice cream waffle tasted interesting ???? cuz the colour did not match my visual expectation XD

Just had desserts here. Pretty looking sundaes and a decent key lime pie . Magic ($5) was average. Will be back to try the food.

Lamb grain bowl was very satisfying as was the All-Day Brekkie . Oh and don't underestimate the Avocado Superfood Toast . Yummy if you like your greensssss.

Lovely interior design ! They didn't take credit card which is a bit frustrating for travelers.. I managed to have exactly 6.50 for my iced latte .

Great vibe, but a bit odd to have to order at the counter considering the setting. I had the Wagyu beef grain blow - very nice. They have nice coffee too.

Hipster place . Nice but seriously overpriced food. Ice cream with waffle is also thought for Instagram. 1st thing staff tells you is that you have to clear your table and pay as soon as you finish????????

The worst thing about populus is its relentless popularity. U bet the food’s awesome but it’s painfully packed (tables literally a palm from each other), noisy , chaotic - this is brunch in a war zone

Crazy weekend crowd and good luck to you if you end up next to a noisy group that never leaves. Pork chop was rather decent with the tangy salsa and not too overpowering coriander sauce.

Yummy buckwheat pancakes . Also coconut lime smoothie was a winner.

Sticky date pudding is win. Superfood vege platter had too much vinegar but toast was nice and crispy . Beef burger was too bland. Cafe latte has a sour edge.

Solid filter coffee but this place seems to be more about the food. Insanely swanky interior. A bit too clinical for my tastes.

Competent service. Wait staff knows which table requested dessert or coffee to be served after and will ask if it should be served as they clear the plates.

The chicken grain bowl is the best!
