The District at Tustin Legacy

There is a Costco here. Traveling North on Jamboree towards the 5 freeway. Take the first exit after Barranca and turn right. Then Turn left at the light. Easy In and Out the Back of The District.

If you are trying to go to Costco or Home Depot enter from the delivery entrance on Tustin Ranch. It is located just before the Tustin Ranch/Warner intersection . Less congested

Skip the third rate crepe place, try the good Thai place, enjoy a very upscale Whole Foods, fuel up cheaply at Costco , bargain hunt for basics at Wal-Mart, gawk at defunct military airport hangar.

Nice outdoor shopping mall with a lot of stores and restaurants at different price points. They also have an AMC movie theater . The dining hall is really impressive too.

Forget the main entrance, use Tustin Ranch Road and just get in easily, esp. to Target or Costco . If you must get to Best Buy or In N Out, drive 2 miles down on Jamboree they are both there :)

The architect or designer of this parking lot should be fired and excomunicated from the industry. RIDICULOUS.

Great shopping mall but the traffic can be bad. Could've been better designed. Strongly suggest to practice patience. It is what it is.

Great selection of stores with some really good deals to be found

Everything in one spot! Restaurants , bars , movie theatre , market and so on! Awesome place for a date night or general errands.

Bring your ear plugs, the management BLARES the music even in the parking lot !! I only come here when I HAVE to-UGH!

Seriously, entering and exiting this whole area can be a huge fire hazard.... Many divers also run atop signs all the time..... And won't stop for pedestrians....

Great for movies and/or dining, but lousy for shopping (though the stores around the exterior of the parking lot are good).

Great place to spend a whole evening: start with shopping, get some food, and wrap it all up with a movie .

Check out The Winery . It's a really nice place for a drink.

Great place 4 shopping. Tons of restaurants , eateries , big movie theater . Cool place 4 friends and couples.

Native Foods and The Kroft and the spice store.

Lots of awesome little shops.

If you're trying to go to Home Depot here you're at the wrong place-they have a Lowes

Tips for driving and/or parking here: 1- Have the patience of a saint. 2- Just don't drive or park here.

Direct access between Diamond Jamboree & The District using Milliken. Never congested.

Tustin Ranch extension is finally complete. Can we say drag racing?

Parking sucks. Plan extra time to do anything.

Epic FAIL in terms of parking lot arrangement. Try to enter and exit off Warner to avoid issues at the Barranca/Jamboree entrance.
