Very very very slow front desk service. Their breakfast was surprisingly okay - I didn't like that weird background music though!
Internet access is bad and not reliable. Sure it is free for platinum members but this is lame. Club Lounge is a bit poor too.

4호산 란춘루역에서 도보 5분 거리. 대로변에 위치하고 있지는 않습니다만 찾기 어렵지 않습니다. 가격대비 깔끔한 시설입니다. 푸동공항 가시려면 택시타고 롱양루역까지 가셔서 자기부상열차로 이동하시는게 가장 빠르고 저렴한 방법입니다.
