Here is a thought...if you think they are so slow....dont come when you are in a rush! Better yet, go someplace else entirely, the line will be shorter, and thus faster ;-)

My wife got a smores and it was great we requested no whip on both of our drinks but they still gave her whip, my drink is custom I always get it it's amazing.

Love this place and the staff who works here....but the wifi is deplorable. Seriously. Maybe good for an email or two. But thats it.

Love the staff ...be wary of overfilled cups, they have a habit of being too generous, rendering these little green things useless. (Sip away first!)

Love all of their coffee 's, frappuccino , etc. This particular store seems to be going down hill rapidly! Very slow. 4 employees arguing, 1 just walked out. Wow!

Love the Java Chip Frappucinos ! I see a few complaints here about slow service. I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem

Every time I come to this location's drive-thru, I find myself waiting for an extremely long period of time; on this occasion, I waited for 30+ minutes in the line . (I'm still in line as I type this)

They've upped their game now that Panera's has opened. More pastry choices, more Baristas at the counter more eager to smile & serve.

They've had friendly service since I started coming here.

ladies, if you use the men's room, note. There is no hook for purses . :)c(or so I'm told.)

Honestly, the slowest service I've ever encountered. I've been waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and I still am far enough back that I can't see the window.

I feel like they take too long and don't pay attention to what their making! My order has been wrong the past 2 times.

I love this starbucks because it's right in the center of ALL the shopping, plus has a GREAT outdoor section!

Superfast and really nice young lady at drive in who likes belgian guys ;)

this is the worst starbucks service i have ever received! there's one girl, that when i order, looks @ me w/ disgust & then every time I come here, i have to wait on my order for 20 minutes. 

Worst Starbucks ever! Waited over 30mins in drive thru with only 2 cara ahead of me that only got one drink a piece. Then the lady at the window gave me the wrong drinks. Lucky they had mine made!
