Its 2018 menu is divided into the 'Classics' (Gibson Whiskey Sour , Old Fashioned ); 'Southeast Asia ' (Mango PX, Urban Farmer); Japan-inspired (Sake-tini, Bamboo and Rice ) and 'Non Alcoholic '

Both cocktail bars Gibson & Live Twice are by the Jigger & Pony Group. Gibson is about classics & luxury , Live Twice is mid-century Japanese-themed

Set one floor above Humpback oyster bar in a classic Singapore shophouse, Gibson makes an outstanding namesake cocktail with house-cured onion , smoked radish and boiled quail egg garnish .

Signatures include the Sling it Black, made with charcoal- and jasmine-infused vodka , and even the much-loved Gibson has been given a tweak with sake vermouth and pickled ginger .

The chicken popcorn is delicious and the Mac and cheese balls too. The staff were very attentive and a really diverse range of excellent cocktails

The best thing is the service. If you cannot find your drink on the menu or need help, just ask and let them know what you fancy . This way I discovered the Bullet Rey Whiskey Sour :D

This is the place to be for happy hour . I love the drinks. Highly recommended.

Though it is outstanding, Gibson does more than dish out its namesake cocktail and it is one of Singapore’s premier bars .

Food is available. They share a kitchen with Humpback . Expect seafood bites????

Papa Daiquiri , Pear Negroni and Cassis Boulevardier are awesome!

Skip the namesake , it only works well together with its companion savoury bites which are too small to last the whole drink.

At least one of the bartenders didn't stir/shake long enough, despite not being busy or rushed. If you're unlucky to get them, expect overly harsh results.
