Annoying that you have to buy wifi in the room at KRW20000, it's free only in lobby! Anywhere else in the hotel you go into a black hole!! That's bad. Come on Sheraton...free internet for guests

Can't BARE the fact that guests don't get free wifi ! Whether staying as a guest or even as an SPG member. £10 a day for something that is pretty much part of our everyday life is a joke

You can take the airport shuttle from here for 20,000krw. About 20 minutes.

Very nice and helpful staff . But the location is terrible. Too far to everywhere!

Chinease restaurant "YUE" is so good. (I recommend "soft crab salad ", july special menu)

It's a shame that the hotel does not have strong wifi at the lobby and at the restaurants . Unable to connect via business center and Sheraton guest. 

일식당이 아주 좋습니다. 어차피 가격은 어느 식당이나 다 비싼데, 일식은 그 가격이 아깝지 않을 정도의 퀄리티를 보여줍니다.

Gercekten huzurlu , sakin; lokaayonu ve oda manzaralari guzel bir otel . Ilk defa bir carsaf-nevresim takimi ne terletti ne rahatsiz etti! Muthis!

송도에서야 다른 선택의 여지가 없다..ㅠㅠ 처음 개장했던 당시에는 뷔페의 음식이 맛있다고 생각했었는데 지금은 그마저도 별로.

30분 안에 빨리 처먹고 나가래더니 주문한 음식 25분만에 내어온다. 어이없다 쓰레기 서비스의 종결자들

아직 손님이 없어 그런지 여름 조식포함 패키지가 십오만원 선 수영장도 그럭저럭 괜찮고 조식도 그럭저럭 헬스클럽 직원들의 서비스는 별로라서 컴플레인까지 했음

미야비 완전 친절했습니다. W 나무보다 스시가 낫습니다. 나베우동은 여친은 맛있다던데 저는 그냥 보통.

스윗룸이 스윗룸이 아니다. 거실과 침실이 구분되어 있지도않고, 그냥 좀 큰 방 수준...

송년회 할려고 저녁 뷔페 물어 봤더니 벌써 자리가 없네요~헐

특1급이라는데~할인 팍팍 해줄때 한번 가야하는데..ㅋㅋ
