It does take a long time for scripts here. Even when you're called & told they're ready for pick-up, there's always some issue that drags out your time here! They're nice people, just slow.
Such as the entire city of New Orleans ... Slooooowwww
Save your time & go to another Walgreens!! This one is miserable, the pharmacy rarely has the most basic medications & the pharmacist will refuse to fill scripts given by doctors !!!
Worst. Walgreens. Ever. My law firm has an account here & is THE ONLY reason I go. I should add mental duress to my claim for enduring this place. Slow & careless service, out of medicine, SLOW.
Expect to wait an eternity and for most of the clientele to have expired prescriptions and insurance.
AWFUL Pharmacy . Ridiculously slow & unhelpful.
