Just left this store and I have to say I had one of the best retail experiences I've had in years. I had a LOT to do - Connor helped me through all all of it - painlessly. Highly recommended.
Don't forget to "sign in." Just like at the Department of Licensing if you don't you won't get helped.

Redmond Xfinity Store let someone walk in there and disconnect my service without being authorized on my account. Called customer service twice just to talk to someone who wasn't understanding. BEWARE
