The gals at Chanel did a mini makeover for us!
The shop is very well designed. Plenty of goods that I have not seen in their Paris showroom. The staff are very helpful. Its a true Chanel experience.
Super love the service here. Makes buying a mega expensive bag all worth it. The boutique at Ngee Ann City sucks tho. Service is 1 out of 10.

Disappointing services. Not only was my faulty earring not fixed after I came all the way to collect it. They gave me the excuse that the faulty one was fixed but the good one was faulty now.
The staff here are friendlier than the snobbish staff at the Taka branch.
