It is kind of historical street for Taiwan..you can face some gig and exhibition when you visit here (if you are lucky)
Very interesting. Free admission . Make you feel like you are walking around Taipei in 1930s or even before that.

Brick architecture of old town is quite unique for Taipei

转自wiki解惑地名：根据《台北市志》：“艋舺有北皮寮街，又称剥皮寮街，北皮寮后有一词应是杀牲制革所在，所制成品不外乎皮箱、枕、鼓。”意即剥兽皮而得名。但根据地方耆老所言，剥皮寮乃因清朝时期福州商船运进杉木，在此剥去树皮而得名。
和上海田子坊比太小啦 不过厕所干净
日本統治時代の名残りや、今も遺る美しい街並みがあります。
那天去剛好是兒童藝術節 整個街區都是展覽
又是一個休館日，還好是經過⋯
雖然鄉土教育館很多給小朋友教育用的教材, 建築也很有趣, 但附近怪叔叔多, 爸媽帶著一起去較合適
