Very classy , with professional staff , who can't be as helpful as you expect when crowded with the list of hundreds of tea varieties. Delicious and expensive .

Nice environment but the space in between tables are too close too each other... high tea set just perfect. Service extremely good and attentive. Each floor staff knows their product very well ...

The Normandy Apple Tart might have just cured my post-exam depression/existential crisis in under 30 seconds. It. Was. Magical. The calorie bomb brought on another wave of self-loathing... but still.

If you're having the macaroons , try the Bain de Roses Tea ????????. The Geisha Blossom Tea is a good pick if you're into light / fragrant teas .

Too many teas to choose from, but the imperial rose tea is good. Let it brew for a little longer and the taste will be there. Love Me Tea is good as well .

I liked their scone at all! You may like their jam as well . I had tea of Nepal. Loved it.

Look for Dan (with glasses) ,he always smile and greet customers with passion....and try the Vanilla Bourbon ice cream ..(its not in the menu but can try to ask the waiters ..)

I'm a little unhappy w/the macarons presentation. I figure since everything else was presented nicely, this would too. The wagyu burger 's "just nice" sized so don't expect a big hefty burger @edeaeats

i like tea salon and this is one of d best besides the starhill one...happy that they opened one in Malaysia, if not i got to travel all the way to spore

Macaroons are to die for ! not overly sweet with a soft exterior and creamy delicious centre , napoleon choc and passion fruit are the must try flavours ;)

S'rprisingly comparable to SG. Do try their daily cakes ; s'prisingly good. Tea sets as expected frm TWG. Must try tea : Darjeeling Tukdah (First Flush). Food: 8/10. Service: 5.5/10. Price: As Expected.

Macaroons are alright. Not the best but like it cause of the tea flavors . The selection of tea remains one of the best in town . :)

Egg 's Benedict's with smoked salmon which is on the BRUNCH category is the best option ! ????

Too many choices to choose from to make it easy choose your preference either fruity , spicy , floral or citrusy then the knowledgeable waiter will suggest you a specific choice.

What I expect for a scone is crunchy at outside, soft at inside. Yet, TWG don't serve this kind of scones . On the contrary, they have a really good smoked salmon sandwich !

Try their Mix Berry Tart and also their yummy macaroons is a must!

Geisha blossom tea  if u have no idea what kinda tea to drink, have a look at the tea sold outside, smell smth that u like and order, makes choosing easier n to avoid having smth u don't like

TWG has a long list of different types of teas ..It's NON REFILLABLE though...

Please expect long queue..you gotta wait and wait for your seats especially on weekends & Public Holidays..

Recommended only for people who know how to appreciate tea . Or u won't know the reason why u should pay a premium for "just a pot of tea .." :)

Spoilt for choices for the type of tea they have here. Definitely a place for tea lovers. :)

Be aware of high tea set . Not totally fresh. Need improvement on scones . Overall tea and macaroons are great.

Napoleon macarons & Geisha Blossom tea / Grand wedding tea etc! Excellent service ! Nuff said =)

Opening soon. Try their Singapore Breakfast Tea or White Earl Grey . Macaroons is also a must try.

No wonder TWG cannot survive far from SG. Walked in at 9pm asked for scones (no stock) & a cup of tea and was told they were closed. At 9pm! On a Sunday!!! OMG! Went to Paul instead & left at 10pm.

Come here for the excellent tea , just don't bother with the hot food. Service isn't consistent either, some staff are very good, others are poor.

It's just tea for god's sake , all the lining up the have 'high tea ' . Very pretentious if you ask me
