This is a great place for an event .. whatever brings you here .. come hungry .. the food is excellent .. as is everything else.
Killer bread pudsing and excellent service, but for me its an old smelly hotel . For others its nostalgia.
Make sure to come when the band "Crow's Feet" is playing. Excellent ensemble who plays 70's & 80's music .
You *have to* try their "World Famous Desmond Bread Pudding "! It is deee-licious!

If you've ever wanted to sleep in your grandma's bed the night after her funeral this place will give you that experience. The rooms are terrible.
