Neighbourhood mall opp Regentville condo (off Yio Chu Kang Rd /1 lane from Buangkok Cres) has aircon Kopitiam food court with wide variety of food, and drinks/bread / dessert/dim sum stall opens 24hrs

This peaceful place is a Hidden Gem , ample vacant carpark lots at rather cheap rate and sheltered short walk from carpark to aircon eateries on a rainy day.

This place have had undergone 2 to 3 uplift works,quite a plain and so so ambience, maybe better if there a petshop or a veteraniry,bicycle shops or pc shop or buy sell items shops.

McDonalds here is also opened for 24 hours 😃 Meanwhile, its Fairprice Xtra here closes at 11pm.

There's a not so crowded Fairprice Xtra here that sells and also decent toilet . Good stopover spot in between work appointments in the vicinity.

One of the few malls in Singapore that have washrooms that provide paper towels.

I usually eat at Saizeriya because its prices are similar to food court and not as crowded .

There is a clinic here famous for treating skin problems! Its the 'Radiant Medical & Aesthetic Centre'.. Though the pricing is on the higher range(:

And also Watsons, SKP for cheap wholesale finds, 2 clinics , 1 dental clinic , Singtel, M1 & Starhub retailers and a fruit station with awesome juices at affordable prices & warm service .

Level 2 is NTUC, big and good ！

If buying Rubik's cube,SKP stall $3.40 easy to turn and easy to plug out.In japan home $4 normal turning and solid.

A nice environment. Big NTUC space and lots more needs shop.

NTUC Xtra with all necessity on level two

There is a huge Fairprice Xtra , plus MacDonalds, KFC, Sakae Sushi , Kopitiam, Cheers, Prima Deli

Now it's called Hougang One. This venue is history!!!! Hahahaha

Kopitiam food is cheap

Pots & Pans and vegetarian stores are the only 2 that are passable..

Nasi padang toooooo expensive .......2veg n a normal meat charge $7.20......NEVER buy it again.....
