Has a great view and is a nice place to just enjoy the weather. Remember that Santa Barbara has a south-facing coastline, so don't expect to see the sunset .

Totally amazing and so worth it! I mean, this was our view ! We were right on the water. Beautiful, just beautiful. Great prices, too.
