These people that work here are the best! Came on some bad times and the staff got me a card and took up a collection to help me through! Will never forget them and their unconditional kindness! ❤❤❤

I have never had a bad experience here. The customer service has always been friendly and quick. It's a very busy spot though due to its location and parking can be a hassle

They take their time making the coffee which makes you wait longer. They truly need to stop talking so much to where they think their time is worth more than yours.

They need to be quicker and increase the staff now that there is no parking next door and need to wait for a parking spot while blocking other cars from entering lot.

Busy Starbucks but so worth the wait, friendly staff and they don't mind my complicated coffee order :)

Every time I am here I'm ignored at the counter for at least 2 minutes while 3 or more staff members talk behind the counter. They're also always eating behind the counter.

I wish this wasn't the only one near my house. They are so darn slow and inefficient. Spend more time chatting than making drinks.

The service here is excellent!! Great atmosphere as well .

This one is terrible. I took my daughter and stood there for a good 4-5 minutes while the cashier joked with his friend and 3 other workers ignored me. The one on Stewart ave is infinitely better.

slowest fucking starbucks ever... I wish there were another nearby. They should make the staff work in manhattan locations for a week to see how it is done.

I have to agree, the staff sucks. They have friends there all the time & they ignore the customers. It's really unprofessional & if it weren't close to home, I'd stop going there.

It smells horrible here. Like their septic tank backed up or something.
