Staten Island Zoo

Hands down the best borough zoo..great for little kids and enough variety to keep it interesting for adults. Not crowded , easy parking . Highlights: leopards , snake exhibits , petting zoo , monkeys.

Amazing reptile collection. Great snake collection. You can feed the animals and it's nice and small. A perfect way to spend an afternoon. And on Wednesday it's FREE after 2pm.

Small but well kept and a good variety. I love to go during the day when it is not crowded and the animals are more active.

If you have kids and want to kill some time, nice place to go not to mention they have a nice petting zoo .
