今年で創業167年だそうです。甘酒 と醪。温まります。実はこの辺りは関東大震災迄は麹の一大産地でした。お味噌 屋さんも軒を並べておりました。伝統の味です。
納豆 苦手なわたしのオススメ納豆 ！大粒でタレ なしは、豆と麹に自信があるからだと思います(^^) クイーンズ伊勢丹でもたまに買えます。
米 の糀のみから作った甘酒 が絶品です
4/28臨時休店でした。甘酒 楽しみに行きましたが残念。
見学 は不可ですが、地下に糀を熟成 させる室があります。甘酒 やくず餅などがおすすめです。
