Absolutely loved this place. Toothpaste , shampoo, Housekeeping was great, everyone was professional & personal. (My wife loves being called Miss Judy) Walking distance to other great attractions .
Great hotel for music lovers - they have random jam bands play in the lobby & elevator areas! Also very convenient to EVERYTHING - walkable from the Megabus stop and "the strip" of bars & restaurants
Ask for a lower floor. Elevators are being modernized and only a subset are operating at any one time. I'm on 19th floor and have had to wait 7 or more minutes for the elevator more than once.
Lots of food on offer in the Club Lounge on the 21st Floor. Evening is far stronger than breakfast , with some great desert options around 9pm.
Housekeeping is very persistent, and when we finally let them in they cleaned all of the hair out of my brush and washed it, which is cool and all, but a little strange...
MR Platinum members, this is a great choice... 25% off restaurant and room service . The staff blow the Sheraton out of the water. The lounge on 24 is a bit meh, but overall the best hotel downtown.
their hot tub is broken right now, and the pool is pretty small. Room service is a bit pricey , but fast and the food is good. Eggs beni were the best I've had in a hotel .
You know it's a good hotel when the shower has a place to put your foot when you're shaving!
Finally a hotel gets their amenities right as Renaissance provides toothpaste in their rooms alongside their Aveda products. Nice!!
The Starbucks inside is open to the public. The line is usually short . When it's not, the line moves pretty fast.
Beautiful view from the 22nd floor! Really great hospitality . Convenient for walking to shops and restaurants on broadway .
Absolutely love this place! We stay here regularly and the quality & service is beyond above par.
This hotel has a thirteenth floor which is actually quite rare in hotels . For reasons of superstition close to 90% of US buildings simply "skip" the 13th floor by naming it the 14th. #TheMoreYouKnow!!

Staff is SO NICE! but request a room away from Broadway , I was up until 3 because of the music from the bars . Will be back.
Absolutely great hotel . Service, efficiency, the pool..location etc. ????????????
Friendly and resourceful, guests service experience, easy checking, clean and well maintained, comfortable bed .
Outside noise is a problem, e.g. live music which can go until 2am on weekends. Hope you don't have to get up early!
The view of Lp field is cool . The ppl are great and the service is wonderful .
Great views . Awesome night life nearby.
Lovely hotel , friendly staff , great views ????
Very comfortable , but don't bother with the club floors on Saturday and Sunday. They are closed!
Nice hotel , close to music row. Wasn't sure about the toothpaste if it was free cause wanted $5 for a bottle of water though so left both.
Try the Strawberry Habanero infused Tequila at the Lobby Bar . Amazing!!!
Self parking is off 7th and the front desk does not validate. (Daily maximum is $10.)
If you stay on club level over the weekends, the lounge is closed sat and sun.
Great location. Walking distance to all the best places
Really close to Broadway , corporate feel, u can hear music until the early hours. Note that as a policy they don't put shower gel in the bathroom , you need to request it a few times! Weird.
Ask about RLife Live events on the Bridge Bar . Always free and always new.
The hotel is connected with the Convention Center , you can walk to Bridgestone Arena trough it
Mostly busy place . I recommend requesting a room on the upper level. Nice views
Nice hotel , but I got 2 queen beds instead of the king I booked . Not cool
Utilize the Valet services , I work for them and we are here to help you any kind of way possible.
Great nonboring hotel food in the grill (one star on the ambiance tho) - and 25% of with hotel stay- or check restaurant.com for discounts !
Stuck on a high floor with nothing but full elevators ? Pick up the phone and ask 'em to send security to escort you to the service elevator . I did after 20 mins and 6 full elevators . Yikes!
Great Tuesday night writers rounds hosted by Jack Scott
If you ask for early check in don't count on it happening. Or if your rooms are together don't count on checking in on time either.
Nice place to stay in downtown Nashville, choose to Broadway
Starbucks in the lobby - very comfortable seating
Don't pay the $14 to access the internet. Attach to the Nashville Public Library at NPLWIRELESS for free!
Wifi is only free on the 1st through 3rd floors. And the pool is open 7am until 11pm.
Great hotel . Beds are amazing
Decent gym with free weights exercise balls, treadmills , ellipticals and bikes .
View from the 24th floor
The elevators here are nearly unusable if there's an event . It's embarrassing that Marriott can't fix this mess.
Get a room overlooking Commerce Street. Otherwise bring earplugs because the noise from the bars below will keep you up ALL night!!!
Dinner special for 2-2-11 is a Black and Blue Rib Eye . Come enjoy a great dinner .
I recommend trying to get club level
A nice hotel n really plush.
