The facility is made available for the active duty and military retiree community. You're SUPPOSED to have a military ID card to use the facility. But, if you like doing the wrong thing, by all means.
Military and Retirees only. Gas and food cheaper here than downtown. The prices are good.

You don't need a military ID to fill up here, just use your debit card at the pump, don't go inside. This place has the cheapest gas because its got lower taxes.
