The manager was FANTASTIC! Even offered some dipping sauce (for free) for breadsticks while we waited! (BTW, ALWAYS eat inside at Fazoli's and get your money's worth on breadsticks !)
Great service! Bestie and me got our food fast, it was hot + yummy! Breadsticks r amazing! They even gave us some to go since we were on a time crunch :) love this place!
I like the new atmosphere and appreciate them being environmentally conscious by lessening their use of plastic silverware and plates.
Seriously, spend the extra $2 a plate and eat at Olive Garden just down the street. You even get coffee there. No hot beverages here.
Kids night on Tuesday's. 99¢ kids meals and arts and crafts. :)

The food is pretty good but this place is poorly, poorly ran.
