Tonight, men's room had a wet roll of TP in the largest stall. Also, some soap dispensers were empty. Bathrooms need some attention. Over all though, good store.

Bring your own bags, or pay $.05 per paper bag.

Great place to hang out and people watch on Friday nights.

Having just moved back from London I can tell you that Target has the best selection of flat caps in the US.

I guess this is more of a complaint than a tip - I don't understand how they think the Target tiered (and disorganized) cashier system is a good idea.
