Charles is extremely helpful & nice!
Customer service sucks for items that have to be ordered. I ordered a $3000 door and they missed the timeframe by 3 weeks. They even lied to me two days before it was due that it was "on the truck ".
Remember to bring those plastic bags back with you next time!
