I enjoyed my stay here so much! Very comfortable room , loved the bathrobe & the slippers. Had access to the Executive Lounge & enjoyed some nice food.location is amazing and the staff very friendly

Beautiful property w. contemporary and cozy rooms . Lovely bar and great breakfast from Jamie's Italian downstairs. Professional and helpful staff . 5 min. walk to Bermondsey, London Tower Bridge Tube.

Great hotel with good service (friendly desk, trendy bar ) and nice rooms (new decoration, good amenities , comfortable mattress). ... Just a little bit too expensive .

If you have access to the Executive Lounge , use it. Drinks, snacks and a fabulous view on a sunny Sunday afternoon

Great breakfast and coffee , as HHonors Gold you get treated like it. Beats the pants off of the much pricier Grange City in terms of comfort

Great breakfast , you can order pancakes or waffles , which isn't shown anywhere. They are worth it. Comfortable Kingsize beds. Smoking rooms available.

Great service, clean and comfortable rooms . Good night sleep because of the darkening curtains and superb beds. Probably one of the best (affordable ) hotels in London.

Great location, two minutes walk from the London bridge and the Thames . Room was super clean , staff friendly and helpful. I recommend.

Hotel mainly for business use (surrounded by big offices ). The executive lounge is well stocked and has great views of the shard .

I was put in an "accessible" room the first night and I am so impressed with the very complete design allowed to accommodate folks with disabilities. Well done.

Try and get up to the executive lounge around 12-4PM, they have a very nice tea set-up with many different loose teas and plenty of teapots to brew them in.
