Parking can be a nightmare. Try Tesco opposite or the Metrolink park and ride across the road . It's well lit and rarely that busy.
This is good cinema and it's has a Costa coffee and a little bar upstairs to sit in whilst you wait for the movie to start
Seat 1 is on the right of the room as you look at the screen. Seat number is on the right arm of your chair. Simple stuff really.
Worthwhile getting the Unlimited card, saves you a fortune if you visit frequently!
Takes forever to get served at the snacks counter whilst the management/supervisors just stand around and watch. Also refused to swap a Capri Sun from a kids box for a diabetic child to a diet coke !
Always a comfy experience here
Take your kids to see a film for £1. Cineworld's special Movies for Juniors screenings on Saturday mornings have adult and child tickets for just £1 each
Service has been incredibly slow on the last few visits. It's like they're employing a bunch of imbeciles, prepare to queue!!! Sort it Cineworld!
Check your tickets - you're often sat in a split group because their ticketing system doesn't allow them to reserve whilst paying. Complain and you'll be reseated.
This is a 'seated' cinema (stupid) most times someone has nicked your seat anyway. Also sometimes they take your laptop off you, why? Don't ask me, ignorant of tech? Try to score both probs.
ok cinema with good bar and food area
Take a drink in with you. Alcohol can be taken into some screenings - ask a member of staff to see if its OK
When the lights go down, DO NOT stand up and shout 'Quick, run for your lives'. It's frowned upon :(
Sneak in ur own drinks and snacks .. 2.45 for a bottle of coke !! Ridiculous!!!
Unlimited ticket holders can buy their ticket at concessions, bar or ice cream tills.
VERY pricey , £9 a ticket
Cineworld unlimited pass and orange wednesdays are a match made in cinema heaven.
Had a Starbucks within it which is just standard Starbucks, ok but nothing great
Give em 50p to turn the air con on!! Far too hot in some screens!
Take a book in with you just to be difficult.
Friendly staff but cue management could be better.
What's the fucking point having designated seats if some arsehole is going to sit wherever they want?!
You can use unlimited pass at any till
Well annoyed that Cineworld seem to have had the old listing removed. Months of checkins down the drain! ;-)
Don't park in the Comlex car park - park in Tesco 's opposite instead - it's closer and quicker
Go on a Tuesday, it's the calm before the storm.
Get unlimited cineworld pass,good value
If the queues are terrible you can collect pre-booked tickets from the bar upstairs.
Ticket system is shocking
Don't bother buying Ben and Jerry's: they've upped the price and reduced the scoop size. Rubbish. Tesco across the road .
Get here early, the staff are really slow.
Get the unlimited pass and no looking back..
Don't expect a cool experience here, the air con barely works
Orange Wednesdays are MAYHEM
Expensive drinks and stuff

cute little place, doesn't take a Starbucks card though. - Judy A
Don't bother with premier seats for films starting at 11am in the morning as you can more or less take your pick! - Craig Johnson
Discount weekdays if you're a Cineworld Unlimited card holder. Pre-book a table if you're stuck for time as it's popular so there's sometimes a short wait. Fab service & food! - Hannah Louise
Pool table, bowling, cinema, food, arcade... It's pretty good. - Behrouz Jafarnezhad
