Absolutely rammed on a Friday evening. Very tough to get through the pub to the bar and order a drink. Teamwork required!
Christine Keeler from the Profumo Affair (which nearly brought down the government) lived in the flat opposite. It's the one with the shepherd plaque on the walk.
The pub 's leather Sofa 's are easier to wipe down and are less sticky than their fabric counterparts
Oh my god! Cheapest pub in Mayfair. 3 glasses of Rioja for £11!
cheap and good Thai food upstairs . while ground floor is always rammed, upstairs plenty of room!
Thai food upstairs is superb - authentic !
Fine crispy fries , a nice lovely large fish . Had hair in it though.
The fireplace adds a nice touch to this cozy pub .
Needs more variety in ales , those on offer are now ubiquitous (e.g. DoomBar).
Friendly staff , nice atmosphere
Great pub £40 for a Lanson's Bargin
Expensive generic beers but situated on a cute little square in Mayfair.
Genuinely old-fashioned and individual, and always packed in the evenings for the six real ales and thai food Read more

Good place to meet for an after work drink, especially if everyone is handy for Green Park tube
Make a beeline for the snug little space at the back-left of the pub .
Cooooosy fire.
Fish and chips are good
Watch out for beggars outside
Ambiente aconchegante. Cervejas variadas.
