"Multiple order machine" broke; had to suggest they write down orders the old fashioned way, or else they were going to keep folks waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes.. terrible service.

Poor service. I used the restroom : no toilet paper, broken hand dryer. Told person at register and her response was, "Uh, OK" and did nothing about it.
SO SLOW. It's like time slowed to a crawl...it shouldn't take five people 10 minutes to make two orders of chicken nuggets and fries . We're the only order!!
