The owner Alex is awesome, but its rare you'll catch him here, or at least for me. This storefront is "new" as about 4 years ago he had one off callaghan. Try avacado , its better then you may think :)

The boba tea here is really delicious and there are tons of options. The interior furnishings are underwhelming.

first time here? try the skinny cowboy (chocolate , peanutbutter, banana ) or the waterloo sunset (strawberry , watermelon , avacado )

The pizzas are kinda small, but good.

Health tip: choose soymilk in your bubble tea . They also have whey protein add-on!
