Norris is an artist . This salon is a great value . No need to ever set foot in the overpriced world of the "no appointment for 4 weeks" or "pay half of your appt if you late cancel" salon again.
Norris is the best!! But to get the hair done by him its better make an appointment ! He's worth waiting!!
