Horrible! Given the wrong type of box although I specifically asked if the new box was an HD DVR Box. Returning the box, but the hours on the website don't match what is posted on the building.

Try canceling cable. Comcast is way too expensive . Get an HD antenna and a Roku box, Boxee or Apple TV . You'll never miss cable.
