Staff appears extremely skittish and shadows customers to a fault. If you have a specific question and it's for a brand that has a brick and mortar store, go there instead.

Lots of best buy reps all talking to each other while customers who have questions wait around.

very high prices, HOWEVER they have exceptional customer service! ask for tommy the manager hes nice and helpful so long as you are respectful to him and the other employees they go above and beyond

Enjoyed working for Best Buy, although I admit I stayed too long (almost 3yrs). This season in my life comes to an end. On to bigger & better things.
