Steak 'n Shake

To the woman in front of us: DON'T ORDER 20 CUSTOM SHAKES AT THE DRIVE THRU !!! GO INSIDE!!! However, excellent customer service made up for it once we finally made it to the window. ????????

Sat at bar area to place a to go order for 10 minutes, unacknowledged. Several patrons successfully paid at the register, I was sitting next. I had to stop an employee to take my order.

Ask for Arthur- he's super nice & goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

Sat at the intercom in the drive thru for 10 minutes without anyone even taking our order before we jumped ship...pathetic

I wish there were more late night food options in the area! The wait for their drive-thru is zero fun - no matter the time of day/night.

Ask for Jason. He is very good and pleasant to deal with!

I ordered a shake ...at steak and shake . It took 6 minutes to get to window after ordering. Another 7 min to get the shake . Wow. ????

This location has had some staffing issues lately. Sometimes the dining room isn't open. It's hit or miss, really.

Food is good. Prices are very affordable . The service, however, is lacking. Drive through is very slow. You're better off going in and ordering your food carryout .

We could have gone through the Wendy's drive thru 137 times by the time we got our drinks here.

Seriously have been here for 45 minutes in the drive thru . 20 minutes before we ordered finally payed and waited another 25 for food. Crazy.
