I'd give this place 1000 thumbs up. Green room was very cool. Excellent staff . YEA, you have to wait to get to the library , but man is it worth it. Enjoy spirits of choice. I'd go 100 times.

Amazing service, atmosphere, music , and drinks. I ordered a rye old fashion and they made it for me right by my seat! This place is awesome, absolutely will come back and bring all my friends.

Amazing location and a matching collection of 400+ single malt whiskies incl. closed distilleries . Prices from 5$ to above 500$ per 4cl. Some are a bit pricy compared to the collectors bottle price.

I've been to bars the world over, and very few can match this selection, service, and ambiance. Be prepared to wait or make a reservation . It's worth it. Very worth it.

Pages and pages of things of things to try. George Dickel is a good way to start if you are into Whiskeys .

Impressed by the whisky , cocktails and food. The interior is a good mix of modern and classic. Bartenders are friendly too... Not as pretentious as it looks.

You have to love any place that's been described (by Thrillist) as "less a bar than a church of mash set up to look like the 1920's finest gentleman's lounge (minus the cigar smoke and hookers)."

A time machine to the peak of 19th century class , their selection is astounding and their service is impeccable. Oysters , Brussels Sprouts , apple pie a la mode.

While the whiskey wall is impressive the cocktails alone, made table side on the trolley, are well worth the trip.

Exactly what the internet says...there was a wait. Burger was cooked well , Brussels sprouts were well seasoned. Lots of rye choices. People seemed more dressed up than usual in Portland.
