Indeed, the restaurant is packed but chill la. Don't have to complain. I love the mee hoon and curry fish head . The curry is amazing. I waited quite long to get a table but is worth it. Give a like..
All dishes are great taste! Every times we come to JB, we want to come back to this place! So many local people, so need a lot of time to wait for order and food service, Be patient for all good food!
Probably the best dish of the night. Fried sotong was soso only ! Had a bad experience during my 1st try, don't come at weekend, the waiting time is killing the mood to eat.
I like this casual and lively atmosphere . Food is good and reasonably priced. Not much concern about "Market Price". Recently restrooms have been renovated and become clean .
Fried beehoon is best in the world. Love the fried baby squids too. Very consistently good and fresh teochew steamed white pomfret fish .
Recommend the Fried Bee Hoon , and Black Pepper Crab . Seafood is pretty well prepared and fresh. Standards and Prices have been maintained quite reasonably over the years
Feeling hungry while waiting for food to b served? Go for the walk in Giant curry puffs . They are only RM2 each.
Assam sting ray and fried beehoon here is the best plus prawn cracker at RM12 as snacks is tasty fresh
The fried bee hoon is superb and the Kong Poh boar was also delicious!! Meat was tender and the sauce was good.
Not recommend to order: 1) Yam Ring (芋圈)2) oyster fried 蚝煎. Recommended : 1) curry fish head with bun . 2) fried mee hun 3) fried rice
Fish head wasn’t good , n the chill Lala . The best was only the steam prawns n mee hoon.. bitter gourd soup don’t bother to order is tasteless
Fried octopus is really good! Crabs are expensive but it is so fresh..
Although crab is famous here, but for a Malaysian consider extremely expensive ....I can't imagine that single crab in 720gm......
Must try: 1) San Low Fried Bee-Hoon 2) Deep Fried Baby Squid 3) Sambal Cockles 4) Hong Kong Styled Bean Curd
Their friend mee hon is good, many people recommended fried small squid but to me is not up to my expectation.
Good for group . Fried bee Hoon must try and the chili sambal !
Bee hoon is ok. Not as good as it seems. When ask if claim can be done another style, staff yes and end up the same as their normal. What you order will remain the same as on menu.
Food is ok in general, fried mee hoon is averagely good at best. Crab and prawns were fresh though. Place is in housing estate, packed after 7pm, finding a car park can be a challenge.
Good seafood , good price. Try whenever u r in JB
Their fried bee hoon is the awesome! Childhood food!
Im always amazed by the presentation of the bee hoon . Like a zzzz pillow . Lol...
Dishonest. The cashier charge us and another Singaporean customer after us for wet tissue despite returned. She said "small money also so calculative." We noticed she deduct the bills for Malaysians.
#good place #squid is great
San low beehoon was excellent but the steam fished ordered was overcooked
Steamed squid plus the sambal they gave , Lethal Combination .
must try their famous fried beehoon
Bihon and steamed Pomfret
Fried meehoon is excellent.
Asam Stingray is delicious!
Must try the LEGENDARY Fried Mee Hoon !
The fried mee Hoon is famous n also must try the fried little sotong
Other than the best bee Hoon , Sambal cockles n fried sotong , salted egg crabs is good too :)
Im always amazed by the presentation of the bee hoon .
Super heavy supper omg ????
Maybe business too good....staff are not friendly .....
The only thing famous about this place is the bad service. The food is average only, not to-die-for.
Don't go on weekends as the standards can be bad when they are overwhelmed.
Food sucks. Food Taste terrible except the fried bee hon. Won't come back for second time.
Agreed. Asam fish has a very subtle flavour. More gingery .
So expensive the crab !2 crab cost rm104
