The artichokes , short rib ravioli , and blue cheese brisket are out of this world. Judy, our server was stellar. Chef Steve could compete in Philly or NYC. This place is a must on any foodie's list.
Fun atmosphere , unusual drinks, friendly wait staff , exciting but delicious food. Favorites so far: calamaretti pasta & twisted olives & mojito ice cream (the stuff of dreams).
The menu is top notch but the real draw is the steak on a stone. Basically you self cook a filet on a 600 degree piece of granite.
Excellent staff , an awesome food selection, and top notch bar make Twisted Olive a definite destination when in Bethlehem.
Here's a tip. Have the Tipping Point. So good

Grilled Octopus appetizer was delicious.
