The Frozen Custard is pretty much soft serve ice cream with eggs that makes it super creamy and rich and delicious! Combined with fruity Italian ice is my favorite type of brain freeze!!!
The Gelati is the most popular but I prefer the Misto drink as it has the same ingredients and not as messy for a slob like me... The frozen custard sundae (ice cream ) is good with a hot pretzel !
Having grown up in Philadelphia, I have been waiting for Rita's to make it to Southern Cal. Over the years I have tried all the rest and they do not compare to the FLAVORS or FRESHNESS of Ritas.
Awesome place. The look and feel isn't like Ritas on the East Coast. But its open in December!! :) why not?
They have a separate nut-free blender. Great place for those with peanut allergies!
Amazing frozen custard . However the Italian Ice lacked flavor, and we tried several flavors. Not as good as its Jersey counterparts but will suffice.. They just really need more flavor to the ice.
