Better than KFC! I wish there was one of these in Minneapolis, where I live!
The wait time may be long, but at east they comp your drinks while you wait. Not many places do that! :-)
Great place to be talked down to by the management staff
I dislike that every time I come for ice cream , they " don't have any ice cream ". It's El Pollo Loco/ Dairy Queen fcs.
Bad service. Via drive up. They always forget something, they have given me my order incorrectly and they never add napkins in the bag. Very frustrating. Their employees seem distracted.
I love that they have a self serve salsa bar .
Sweat Pot Fries are so good .
