Personal trainers are not well trained . Beware of the advanced exercises before your core is ready. I still have a paralyzed foot thanks to their guidance ripturing my L4-L5 disc.

You also have to BYOL (being your own lock) if you don't want your stuff stolen. There are not manual locks like other 24's. But hey the price is cheap !
