Trout salmon - cut up and toss in a light sesame oil , soya sauce and toasted sesame seeds and serve on a rice cracker with a square of nori and a dab of wasabi . So fresh and yummy!

Chirashi is excellent!!! Very fresh selection of fish and seafood . Just wishing that their hot food was not refrigerated and cold.

Prepared food is not good. If they have difficulty producing hot food then I won't consider the sushi .
