Great neighborhood bar/restaurant in a beautiful part of Amsterdam. Carter is famous for its rotisserie roasted chicken , maybe the best of Amsterdam. They do great cocktails as well !
Really friendly people and great service... Came to try the chicken which is apparently great but at the time they only had eggs ...but they were very good ????
