If I ordered my drink without the classic syrup . That means do not add classic syrup . I want it without the sugar for a reason. If you messed up just accept it and redo.
I wanted a refill but the line was so long and slow that I think it would be quicker to fly to Colombia , buy the beans from Juan Valdez and roast them myself.

They were out of bold drip coffee . They were out of cool lime refreshers . Then they had plenty of excuses why they weren't making my drink the way I asked for it. But they did work to fix it.
